P & N O’Carroll Design & Construction had completed three other building jobs on this property over many years for the same client, so it went with out say that they were happy enough to call us back to continue completing a fourth.

Project Overview

The client requested a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and upgrading of their dining area as well as an exterior fixed awning unifying the whole design.

Building Process

To accommodate the clients’ design criteria it was necessary to totally demolish the rear of the residence as well as supporting the first floor level so the renovation could be completed safely. The overall construction time was fourteen weeks.

Finishes Used

The kitchen has Caesarstone bench tops and splash back, polyurethane cabinets and imported appliances

Although small in area, the bathroom comfortably accommodates shower, toilet and vanity. It features floor-to-ceiling ceramic tiles and a glass skylight over the shower, which is enclosed by a frameless shower screen.
