MBA Excellence in Housing Awards
1995 Winner: House Additions & Alterations $150,001 to $300,000
Project Overview
When designing the additions and renovations to this three bedroom home, dividing casual and formal living areas was the main consideration. The casual rooms were confined to the rear of the house, enabling the owners to make full use of the courtyard. The living room, family room and courtyard flow through one another. The formal part of the house is located at the front, carefully divided by hallways.
