Judges’ Comments
“These additions and alterations have a majestic sense of scale. From the grand entry presentation, with dramatic spatial relationshops of progression, horizontally and vertically culminating in wide, sweeping decks at all levels, oriented to the spectacular water view. The integration of the new work with the existing structure has been meticulously handled in an expensive, but highly meritorious, result.”
