Project Overview

Another builder originally started the excavation and plumbing of this project. The client wanted to create a large, classic residence reflecting the grace of French Provincial elegance. The formal interiors were to flow through to sun-drenched outside living and entertaining areas.
The existing house was to be demolished and the new house and surrounds were designed to maximise the northern sun and expansive harbour views.
The final design included four bedrooms, each with ensuite and dressing room, plus a maid’s quarters, billiard room, heated pool, three-car garage, sophisticated security, air conditioning, lighting and telephone system. The large lounge and dining rooms were interconnected by a fully equipped bar area. The kitchen opened onto a bright spacious family room overlooking the pool and gardens.
