Designing and building for the domestic market
General services
We are involved in all aspects of designing and building for the domestic market. Each design is unique and tailored for each individual client. We do not have standard plans for mass designing to ensure a unique result each and every time. All of our clients receives personal attention from one of the directors of the company.
Building and construction
Our company has built new homes, renovated, added rooms, completed second stories additions and made additions to existing homes… in general we do anything related to the domestic building market. Most of our contracts are based on a fixed price.
Maintenance
We can provide a complete maintenance service tailored to your requirements. This service can include all the building trades.
Design services
We offer a full comprehensive architectural designing service, including interior and landscaping, when we enter into a design and construction contract.
We engage fully qualified architects, architectural landscapers and interior designers to perform all of our design services.
Most of our designers have won awards in their own right over the years.
Construction management
Construction management is not for everyone. We provide this service for clients who require a more hands-on approach to the project, and more control during the construction period. This gives the client more flexibility on the speed of the construction period, i.e. separating the project into specific stages if required. This also allows the client to change the finishes etc., during the course of the construction period.
